What you'll do

• Lead the restaurant during assigned shifts
• supervise team members and delegate tasks
• provide friendly guest service and address concerns
• monitor service speed, order accuracy, and shift performance
• maintain food quality, freshness, portioning, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• complete opening, shift-change, and closing procedures
• handle drawers, cash, and deposits when assigned
• monitor labor and adjust staffing as needed
• maintain prep levels and product availability
• check deliveries when needed
• coach employees
• complete shift paperwork and communicate issues to management.
