The Infant Lead Teacher — Early Childhood Education role is onsite in Jenison, MI, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. The Learning Experience - Jenison provides early learning and care for infants. The teacher leads classroom routines and learning experiences, provides individualized care, and supports infants' development through the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and age-appropriate activities. The role also guides assistant teachers and partners with families to support each child's daily care and learning.

What you'll do

• Lead daily infant classroom routines and learning experiences
• provide responsive individualized care
• support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• engage infants through language, music, movement, sensory exploration, and play
• observe and document milestones
• collaborate with assistant teachers and families
• maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, organized classroom
• follow Michigan licensing and center requirements.
