The Warehouse Value-Added Services (VAS) Lead role is onsite in Carrollton, TX, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The role supports Beauty by Earth’s warehouse kitting and product-preparation operations for retail and wholesale orders. The role exists to lead daily VAS production and ensure products are accurately prepared, labeled, and recorded before moving to putaway. It contributes to timely fulfillment and quality by coordinating the line, temp crew, equipment, and production records.

What you'll do

• Plan and run daily kitting, bundling, relabeling, and retailer preparation from ERP manufacturing orders
• operate and maintain the automated label applicator and kitting line
• prioritize capacity and output
• inspect first pieces and approve quality
• close manufacturing orders with accurate lot numbers and quantities
• track output, accuracy, and labor hours
• coordinate agency temp scheduling, check-in, training, attendance, and conduct
• assign and train crew members
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• operate forklift and reach truck as needed
• coordinate handoffs with inventory, inbound, and outbound teams.
