The specialist manages the deal lifecycle and helps increase sales velocity through timely reviews, consistent approvals, pricing and deal-structure recommendations, and clear policies. The role also supports contract reviews, sales responses to RFPs and RFQs, process improvements, and related training.

What you'll do

• Manage the deal queue and organize reviews
• define and report Deal Desk service-level agreements
• review complex deals and recommend pricing, positioning, and structure
• serve as a point of contact for Sales deal questions
• review and approve partner contract terms under company policy
• facilitate contract reviews and redlining
• support RFP and RFQ responses
• maintain auditable approval records
• contribute to pricing and packaging strategy
• document policies and deliver sales training
• support cross-functional process and system projects.
