The Associate Teacher works with the Lead Teacher to maintain a safe, nurturing classroom and support children’s learning and development. The role assists with lesson plans, small-group and individual activities, classroom routines, progress documentation, and communication with families.

What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher with age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities
• provide individual and small-group support
• maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom that meets licensing regulations
• monitor and document children’s progress, behavior, and activities
• supervise children during outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• communicate with staff and families.
