Shift Leader

The Shift Leader position is onsite in Matthews, NC, with pay of $13–$14 per hour. Plato’s Closet Matthews is seeking a leader to support its customer-focused retail store. The role helps keep store operations running smoothly during a shift by supporting and motivating the team, overseeing opening and closing and cash handling, resolving customer concerns, and working with management to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
