What you'll do

• Ensure labor and materials are available for production schedules and customer demand
• oversee assembly and packaging to quality standards and customer specifications
• perform station work as needed
• maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S
• coordinate cross-training and update training matrices
• track attendance and timekeeping
• drive continuous improvement using the Rittal Production System
• collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and internal suppliers to resolve production issues.

Why this role
