The Sales Leader, Fitness Memberships role is onsite in Sarasota, FL, with pay of $21–$23 per hour. The schedule is 36–40 hours per week: four 8-hour weekday shifts with one weekday off, plus one approximately 4-hour weekend shift, generally between 6:30 and 11:00 a.m. ISI Elite Training Sarasota is building a community centered on relationships, accountability, growth, and excellence. The role supports membership growth and facility sales performance by connecting with prospective and current members, introducing them to the training experience, and helping deliver a strong member experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and prospects
• build relationships
• respond to and follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and social media
• schedule first training sessions
• explain training and membership options
• convert qualified prospects into memberships
• follow sales processes and contribute to sales goals
• support retention, referrals, and facility performance
• maintain prospect and member information
• assist with outreach, events, and local partnerships
• coordinate with the Facility Manager and Performance Coaches.
