What you'll do

• Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations
• monitor utilization, availability, charging, and readiness
• coordinate dispatch and returns
• oversee depot activities and vehicle cleanliness, charging, inspection, and maintenance standards
• recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• monitor KPIs
• prepare reports
• investigate incidents
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• develop operating procedures and improvement plans.
