What you'll do

• Supervise shipping and receiving, including inspection, storage, packaging, and shipment of customer equipment
• schedule incoming loads
• maintain shipment records and log deliveries in the MEI portal
• train and assign team tasks
• maintain warehouse and yard conditions
• optimize yard layouts
• inspect stored equipment and lifting equipment
• prepare and distribute job paperwork
• track equipment issues and repairs
• review labor hours
• update the dispatch job board
• coordinate schedules with foremen and drivers
• prepare monthly reports.
