The Blaster/Steam Cleaner/Paint Assistant — Day Shift role is onsite at the Lindsay, OK facility. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The role supports NOV’s shop operations, preparing and processing products while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality. The assistant prepares surfaces, blasts, steam-cleans, paints, and coats products while helping with general shop duties. The work supports timely material delivery and consistent product quality, with possible cross-training in machining and welding as business needs arise.

What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and visual inspection
• paint, blast, and coat products according to procedures and quality standards
• steam-clean products and clean work areas with proper waste disposal
• maintain workflow
• comply with company and HSE policies
• collaborate with team members and assist with other shop functions
• participate in cross-training opportunities as needed.
