What you'll do

• Set up and reset tables
• serve bread, butter, and water
• assist servers and hosts
• stock service areas
• bus and clean tables, chairs, and seats
• send used dishes and glasses to the dishwasher
• review food orders while running food
• assemble trays and collect items from stations
• respond to guest requests or refer concerns to servers or managers
• follow safety and sanitation practices
• replenish service supplies.
