What you'll do

• Partner with leadership on major and planned giving strategies
• develop data-driven individual giving plans
• manage a donor prospect portfolio and cultivate, solicit, and close gifts
• plan and execute an annual fundraising benefit
• engage board members and volunteers
• collaborate with operating units to identify funding opportunities
• maintain CRM records
• prepare proposals and stewardship communications
• support fundraising projects and community engagement.
