What you'll do

• Design stable high-concentration subcutaneous formulations
• assist clients with experiments to optimize lyophilization processes
• transfer formulation designs to CDMO partners and draft comparability protocols
• ensure analytical activities follow FDA, EMA, and ICH guidance
• prepare and review IND and CTA submissions
• collaborate with CMC teams
• communicate product gaps and development strategies
• support clinical development and clinical trial materials
• manage multiple projects
• mentor junior staff.
