What you'll do

• Develop relationships with local businesses and professionals through visits, networking, and referrals
• use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity
• schedule and conduct client meetings to understand insurance needs
• communicate with the team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings
• follow up on referral leads and reservice existing accounts
• grow a book of business
• set and pursue sales goals
• maintain a weekly schedule and submit daily activity reports.

Why this role
