What you'll do

• Oversee daily practice operations
• supervise front-office and clinical staff
• manage scheduling, patient flow, and office workflow
• support billing, insurance, and revenue-cycle processes
• ensure regulatory and internal-policy compliance
• monitor staffing, training, and performance
• address patient and family concerns
• collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to improve efficiency and care quality
• manage supplies, vendors, and office resources
• prepare reports and track metrics
• oversee vaccine management, including Vaccines for Children Program reporting.

Why this role
