What you'll do

• Set product economic guardrails and make menu and retail SKU decisions
• allocate category slots
• recommend pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, and discounts
• model waste and input costs with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Operations
• guide innovation priorities and review product performance at 30, 60, and 90 days
• manage portfolio launches and pruning
• analyze consumer transaction data
• build pricing models, scorecards, forecasts, and playbooks
• collaborate with New Product Development, Marketing & Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.
