Retail Security Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads
• manage performance and corrective actions
• assist with hiring and training
• ensure proper scheduling and coverage
• oversee daily security operations and compliance
• conduct site patrols and inspections
• maintain accurate reports and logs
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms
• build relationships with mall management and local authorities.
