What you'll do

• Support customers, accounts, and workflows in Interpreter Intelligence for onsite and prescheduled virtual interpretation
• troubleshoot platform and workflow issues
• coordinate onboarding, account setup, configurations, testing, and go-live support
• train customers
• monitor activity, performance, and satisfaction
• provide backup support for on-demand interpretation and translation
• communicate feedback and feature requests
• maintain customer documentation and handoffs.
