What you'll do

• Process payables and receivables using data entry and generally accepted accounting principles
• coordinate invoice coding and approvals
• resolve vendor discrepancies
• match and mail accounts payable checks
• reconcile accounts and cash applications
• post general ledger journal entries
• support month-end close and 1099 processing
• maintain accounting files
• answer and direct departmental calls.
