What you'll do

• Fulfill corporate gifting orders with custom packaging, branded inserts, gift messages, and multi-address shipments
• pick, count, and pack wholesale orders to retailer specifications
• prepare parcel shipments and schedule carrier pickups
• confirm order details and deadlines with managers
• flag shortages, damage, and discrepancies
• perform order quality checks
• receive and shelve inventory
• maintain organized packing and shipping areas
• update order status and tracking
• assist with returns, reships, cycle counts, and other peak-period fulfillment tasks.
