HVAC Service and Aftermarket Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the first escalation point for field issues
• diagnose problems remotely and dispatch partners or travel onsite when needed
• document and escalate complex issues
• support installation, startup, and commissioning
• coordinate project meetings and inspections
• administer warranty claims
• recruit, onboard, train, and audit service partners
• define requirements for technician apps and field databases
• support customers and sales teams
• manage service cases and identify parts, warranty, service-agreement, upgrade, and retrofit opportunities.
