What you'll do

• Oversee daily Mountain Sports School operations, including scheduling, class assignments, and payroll
• provide on-snow instructor support
• assist with hiring, training, equipment inventory, and feedback reporting
• monitor instructor performance and provide feedback or coaching
• follow company and safety procedures
• coordinate with other departments and organizations.
