Transportation Aide

Job overview

The Transportation Aide role is onsite in Willmar, MN, part-time, with split shifts Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons, approximately four to five hours per day. Pay is $16.39–$18.46 per hour. The role supports Bethesda Day Break members and their transportation to the program and community outings. The aide helps ensure safe, respectful transportation and shares observations with program staff. What you'll do

• Assist clients with transportation to and from Day Break and community outings
• observe and report incidents or changes in condition or behavior
• share relevant client information with the program director and team
• establish daily attendance lists
• check appointments and schedule changes
• coordinate attendance and passenger-assistant schedules
• complete required paperwork and attend scheduled training.
