What you'll do

• Generate leasing, occupancy, and financial reports
• maintain resident records and lease documents
• process rent payments, fees, and deposits
• issue late notices and track delinquent accounts
• greet prospective residents and conduct tours
• process renewals and move-ins and move-outs
• address resident concerns
• coordinate service requests with maintenance
• maintain compliance with housing regulations
• complete training and assist with onboarding.
