What you'll do

• Administer and document medications according to physician orders, state regulations, and facility policies
• monitor residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions and report concerns to the LPN
• obtain and record vital signs
• assist with resident care planning
• communicate resident needs and changes in condition
• participate in interdisciplinary communication
• work within CMA scope of practice under LPN supervision.
