Patient Business Representative — Hepatology

What you'll do

• Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and surgeries
• handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• coordinate scheduling for five providers
• manage approximately 10–15 patient calls per day and coordinate surgeries according to department needs
• triage calls to nurse practitioners or clinical team members
• obtain and document patient information
• update electronic medical records and scheduling systems
• coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other staff
• protect confidentiality and follow facility policies.
