It helps business stakeholders and technical teams maintain accurate reporting and advance ongoing EDW initiatives.

What you'll do

• Gather and manage requirements for EDW reports, extracts, enhancements, and Medicaid reporting
• support federal reporting activities
• document business processes, rules, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, mappings, and process flows
• maintain requirements traceability
• facilitate stakeholder sessions and document outcomes
• track risks, issues, and dependencies
• use SQL to profile and analyze claims, encounters, eligibility, provider, and financial data
• validate requirements and investigate reporting questions
• document anomalies and variances
• work with ETL, BI, and QA teams to resolve data issues
• support testing and UAT
• prepare presentations and status updates
• maintain business and data documentation
• support end-user training
• mentor junior analysts
• support intake and change requests.
