What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients and guests
• conduct interior and exterior patrols on foot or by golf cart
• report security and service or maintenance issues
• identify and report potential threats, hazards, and suspicious activity
• use de-escalation and communication to manage conflicts
• respond to and document incidents
• implement post orders and emergency, incident, and action plans
• complete required training and participate in security operations as assigned.
