What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events
• develop timelines, budgets, and project plans
• coordinate internal teams, vendors, venues, and service providers
• manage registration, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, setup, and breakdown
• track expenses
• oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot issues
• support event marketing and communications as needed
• evaluate performance and provide post-event reporting and recommendations
• maintain records and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and safety requirements.
