Caregiver — Evening

The Caregiver role is onsite in Trinidad, CO, with a Saturday–Tuesday schedule from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Compensation is $17 per hour. The caregiver supports residents at Legacy at Trinidad alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Director. The role exists to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being through personal care, assistance with daily activities, and prompt response to requests. Caregivers observe residents and report changes to the nursing supervisor while following infection-control practices.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
• provide standby assistance with transfers
• provide personal hygiene care
• respond to call lights and requests for assistance
• observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing supervisor
• apply infection-control principles during care.
