Direct Support Professional – Residential, Overnight

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Brockport, NY, with compensation of $21.55 per hour plus a $0.50 overnight shift differential. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 11:00 PM–9:00 AM, with Thursday–Saturday off. Lifetime Assistance’s mission is to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Working in Residential Services, the professional provides personal care and daily living assistance while supporting individuals’ independence, safety, and community participation. The role implements and documents individualized service plans and communicates with individuals, families, and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence and social skills
• help ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• complete required training.
