Customer Service Representative, Aviation

What you'll do

• Resolve customer complaints or refer unresolved concerns
• monitor aircraft arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure
• determine service charges and collect payments or arrange billing
• maintain reservation and customer interaction records
• drive passengers or crew to destinations
• process forms and service orders
• provide product and service information
• follow FAA and TSA rules
• verify fuel and catering orders
• maintain radio contact and support aircraft dispatching, routing, and tracking.
