Mobile Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Plan daily work from incoming orders and prioritize emergencies
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• assist with equipment installation and modification
• estimate repair time and materials and track completion
• support energy efficiency
• inspect installations for code and safety compliance
• perform HVAC and water-heater maintenance, plumbing and electrical work, flooring repairs, painting, patching, and general maintenance
• assess hazards and coordinate with clinic managers.
