What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• complete sales inquiry cards
• take and deliver messages
• answer general questions and provide directions
• welcome visitors and notify appropriate personnel
• coordinate guestroom reservations
• receive, sort, and route mail and publications
• maintain copy and fax machines and route faxes
• prepare documents and perform clerical tasks
• collect resident rent checks and meal-ticket payments and provide information to the Business Office Manager and Executive Director.
