The Housing Support Representative II — Overnight is an onsite role at Dorothy Day Residence in Saint Paul, MN, with a Friday–Tuesday schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour. The representative supports residents and helps maintain a safe, secure residence by responding to inquiries, providing referrals, enforcing policies, and de-escalating emerging situations. The role also supports resident outcomes through accurate documentation, regular safety rounds, and coordination with the property manager.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming calls and resident inquiries
• assist with maintenance requests, complaints, grievances, resources, and referrals
• enforce visiting policies
• use conflict resolution and de-escalation skills as needed
• conduct rounds of exits, fire doors, and common areas
• monitor resident activity for safety
• assist with reports, forms, document management, and data entry
• may administer medications according to established procedures.
