This role exists to transform creative concepts into production-ready apparel and accessories. The Production Artist supports the screenprint floor by troubleshooting art-related issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring artwork moves efficiently from concept to production.

What you'll do

• Complete production-requested art fixes.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design needs.
• Coordinate daily priorities with leadership.
• Partner with production to resolve floor issues.
• Record design errors and inconsistencies.
• Support lean practices.
• Manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
