What you'll do

• Assist the project manager in managing assigned project phases
• manage submittals and respond to or create RFIs
• assist with change orders and logs, budgets, and expense approvals
• interface with project owners
• maintain project records and closeout documents
• prepare and manage schedules
• coordinate punch-list inspections
• estimate change orders
• support contract administration and subcontract and equipment buyout.
