Job overview

The Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment role is based in Indianapolis, IN, with work at the branch and customer sites. Pay is $24–$42 per hour. RECO Equipment distributes new, used, and rental heavy and compact equipment and supports its product lines through branch Parts & Service departments. The technician repairs and maintains customer- and company-owned heavy equipment at facilities and in the field. The work supports equipment reliability and customer service through repairs, maintenance, communication, and job documentation.

• Repair and maintain heavy equipment at company facilities and customer sites
• communicate with customers and teammates
• read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• document time and job notes
• operate a forklift
• travel as needed for jobs and schooling
• perform other duties as assigned.
