What you'll do

• Develop, organize, and coordinate community life programs and resources
• provide daily activities, including evenings and weekends
• purchase and maintain equipment and supplies
• participate in orientation, training, in-service education, and staff meetings
• communicate programs and build positive relationships with tenants, families, and volunteers
• train and motivate others
• foster family and community support through newsletters, networking, and activities
• participate in care conferences, QAPI, and department head meetings.
