Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite at a 324-unit luxury mid-rise in Hollywood, FL. Pay is $22 per hour, with monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. Westdale Asset Management’s leasing team helps prospective residents find apartments. The consultant guides prospects through apartment selection and leasing, from initial contact and tours to applications and completed leases. The role supports occupancy by presenting property features, responding to inquiries, and completing paperwork in accordance with fair housing laws.
