What you'll do

• Meet operational budget goals
• provide customer service and build customer relationships
• prepare drinks to Starbucks recipes and standards
• oversee staff and volunteers and address performance concerns
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health department compliance
• ensure accurate product charges, cash handling, deposits, and invoice payment
• resolve register and transaction issues
• travel between Daily Grind locations.
