What you'll do
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex solution designs and service requirements
- maintain working knowledge of the DISN provisioning lifecycle
- clarify incomplete or conflicting requirements with customers, government teams, carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- review complex work products for accuracy and compliance
- train, coach, and mentor solution-design personnel
- monitor shift workload and priorities
- maintain technical documentation and standard procedures
- analyze recurring errors and recommend process improvements
- continue solution-design production work
- comply with security and contract requirements.
