Mold Technician — Injection Molding

What you'll do

• Start up and shut down molding machines
• adjust equipment and perform changeovers and setups to predefined conditions
• monitor molding and auxiliary equipment against safety and quality standards
• troubleshoot processes and resolve quality complaints with QC
• communicate product release needs
• verify process parameters during engineering changes
• update production documents
• clean molds
• compile scrap data
• monitor data
• train and support machine operators
• clean and set up auxiliary equipment
• report mold, quality, and safety issues.
