What you'll do

• Greet members, guests, and attendees
• assist with program registrations and facility bookings using service desk software
• promote facilities, programs, services, and memberships
• assist the Manager on Duty with facility walkthroughs, drawer counts, and opening and closing
• complete transactions and paperwork accurately
• verify residency or membership status
• maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the fitness floor, front desk, and entryway
• assist with equipment and television issues
• provide tours
• and maintain equipment checkout and check-in.
