Roving Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• conduct market surveys
• show apartments, lease units, and assist with move-ins
• update unit availability and leasing information
• process rental applications
• submit and track maintenance requests
• receive and record collections
• provide clerical, office, and phone support
• maintain resident files
• manage move-in calendars
• help resolve resident concerns and escalate issues when needed
• conduct move-out walks.
