What you'll do

• Manage transactions from accepted contract through closing with minimal oversight
• review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• proactively track deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates
• coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and co-op agents
• provide updates to agents and clients
• maintain complete, audit-ready files and properly executed documents
• identify potential issues and take action to keep transactions moving.
