What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• lead monthly and year-end close
• maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements and management reports
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and reconciliations
• coordinate audits and regulatory filings
• support budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial analysis
• oversee grant and contract accounting, cost allocations, and funder reporting
• advise and train staff on financial requirements
• improve accounting systems, workflows, policies, and internal controls.

Why this role
