What you'll do

• Handle specified oil, bulk, fat and bone, and grease-trap material using pump hoses
• clean waste spills and overflows
• prepare trucks and tools
• conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• comply with electronic log requirements and use a tablet
• maintain truck logs and follow DOT rules
• participate in safety initiatives.
