Job overview

The BOY Facilitator – Feith Family YMCA role is onsite in Port Washington, WI. Pay is $18 per hour. The YMCA’s BOY program helps boys in grades 5–8 build life skills, self-esteem, friendships, and readiness for life challenges. The facilitator leads the program curriculum and group discussions, supports planning and research, and tracks participant numbers to help deliver the biweekly youth program.

What you'll do

• Administer the BOY program curriculum and lead group discussions
• attend planning sessions with the Mental Health Manager
• research topics for program meetings
• commit up to three hours to the program every other week, including program and planning time
• track participant numbers for reporting
• perform other assigned duties.
